Gather delegates’ feedback about different aspects of the event
Knowing the opinion of participants about different aspects of the event is very useful to make improvements.
We send out pre- or post-event surveys to delegates and prepare reports with the results according to the client’s specifications.
In case we do presence control in breakout rooms we can request delegates, in an automated and personalized manner, that they rate the specific sessions they have attended. This allows knowing the degree of satisfaction participants have from each of the presentations.
